Pets and Service Animals
We have had an increased number of customers bringing their pets into the building. For the health and safety of all our guests we need to enforce the following rules:
ONLY Service Dogs that are ADA Certified are allowed in the building. This does not include “emotional support animals”, it is not the same thing!
In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, our staff may ask the following two questions and you are required to answer:
- is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
- what work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
For the safety of the dog and our guests; dogs are not permitted on the roller-skating rink at any time. In addition; service dogs must be leashed, housebroken and the handler in control or staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the ADA (we did): ADA: 800-514-0301
